Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Goals for Good™ ("GFG™") is a donation drive program owned and operated by the Little Star Foundation ("LSF"), a licensed and registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Charitable Nature of Donations

All contributions made to the Little Star Foundation through the Goals for Good™ drive are voluntary 501(c)(3) charitable donations.

In accordance with IRS regulations, no goods or services (in whole or in part) are provided to the donor in exchange for any donation or pledged donation made through this program. All donations are non-refundable and are considered being made of free will with no expectation of outcome.

3. Pledging and Currency

Donors pledge a specific amount in United States Dollars ($USD) and Cents per goal scored during the 2026 Men's FIFA World Cup Tournament.

4. Calculation of Goals

All rules and outcomes regarding goals scored will be calculated based on the official results provided by the FIFA World Cup referees and governing committees. In the event of any discrepancy, LSF will rely solely on the official FIFA World Cup statistics for final calculations.

5. Charge Processing and Schedule

By signing up online, you authorize LSF to initiate a charge to your provided method of donation via Stripe. Charges are calculated based on your pledged amount multiplied by the goals scored during the tournament.

Charge Schedule:

Standard Signup: Donors who sign up before June 30th, 2026, will be charged twice: first on June 30th, 2026, and finally on July 19th, 2026.
Mid-Tournament Signup: Donors signing up after June 30th but before July 19th will be charged immediately upon signup for goals scored to date, and then once again on July 19th for the remainder of the tournament.
Late Signup: Donors signing up after both charge dates have passed will be charged for the total number of goals scored during the entire tournament in a single transaction immediately upon signup.

Charge Failures and Revocation:

In the event a charge is declined or unable to be processed, LSF will revoke the current method of donation associated with your pledge. You will receive an automated email notification with instructions to update your method of donation.

Upon receipt of an updated method of donation, any and all behind-schedule charges will be processed immediately through the Stripe system.

6. Alternative Methods of Participation

Donors who prefer not to use the automated per-goal system may also:

Make a one-time donation online.
Send a check via mail.
Request a prepaid, addressed envelope be mailed to them for submittal of a check donation.

7. Future Participation (2027 Women's World Cup)

Donors who opt-in to participate in the 2027 Women's FIFA World Cup program will be contacted at least 30 days before the tournament begins. At that time, donors will receive further details and the ability to modify or confirm their donation pledge for the 2027 program.

8. Privacy and Data Security

Financial Security: All financial information is handled and stored exclusively on Stripe's secure servers in accordance with the Stripe Services Agreement. LSF does not store any of your credit card or bank account details.

PII Protection: Your Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—including name, email, and phone number—will never be sold, transmitted, or shared with third parties.

Data Removal: You may contact us at info@littlestar.org at any time to request that your PII be removed from our systems.
